Valery is a partner and co-founder of Keryos CPA. He assists privately held companies across all industries, nonprofit organizations, and real estate investors with their compliance needs.

Valery offers his clients audit, review, and compilation services to support their growth and help them make informed decisions for the future.

His expertise also covers Canadian taxation, including corporate and NPO tax compliance, tax planning and optimization, and corporate reorganizations such as estate freezes and tax-deferred rollovers.

A member of CPA Québec and CPA Ontario, Valery holds a public accounting licence from both professional bodies, which allows him to provide assurance services to clients in Ontario and Québec.
